Excellent hydration product if you're looking for low sodium high potassium. I suggest mixing with appropriately 40 oz of water rather than the suggested 16. I have recommended Prime to family and friends.

Surprisingly great

I was a little skeptical about this product. I didn't think it could possibly emulate the bottled Prime I can find in a dozen different varieties in every gas station in town, but im happy to report I was entirely wrong. I did a side-by-side comparison, and the mix sticks are virtually identical to the pre-mixed bottles beverage. The flavor is just as intense, but they're infinitely more convenient to carry in a bag, purse, or pocket.
