Poppi delivers bubbles, flavor and benefits. They never stopped loving soda; they just made a better one.

How Poppi Came to Be

After discovering the health benefits of drinking apple cider vinegar daily, husband and wife team, Allison and Stephen Ellsworth, founded Poppi in their Dallas, Texas kitchen as a solution to Allison’s health issues. While Allison recognized the health benefits of drinking apple cider vinegar daily, she didn’t like the taste—so they began experimenting in their kitchen to make it taste better. The winning formula ended up being apple cider vinegar (ACV), real fruit, seltzer and natural/plant-based sweeteners. The sodas crafted in their own kitchen became so popular with friends and family that they took it to their local farmers market in Dallas and then, landed a Shark Tank deal. Fast forward two years later, and Poppi is one of the fastest growing non-alcoholic beverages in America.
