One of my favorites from Olly! I struggle with regularity (sorry, TMI) BUT these have helped so much! I take one every other day and it's been such a life changer for me. I also highly recommend it for ladies who struggle with period bloat. Take it a day or 2 leading up to your period & while you're on your period. It well help!
Great product!
I have been using Beat The Bloat capsules for several months and I am very happy with their effectiveness. However, I recently purchased another container of the capsules and found them to be of a different color than the ones I have been taking for the past several months. The new capsules are brown and the others were white. Since no mention of this change is noted on the container, I am concerned about taking them. Can you explain the change and are they okay to ingest? Thank you!
