I was rather impressed with how good they turned out. They had the perfect crisp on the outside while still being soft and fluffy on the inside, which made them really enjoyable to eat. The waffle shape definitely adds something extra; it gives them more crunch and holds onto seasoning really well, so every bite had great flavor. I also liked that they weren't overly greasy, just nicely cooked and well-balanced.
