Cooking Instructions

For best results, cook patties from frozen state. Always use a thermometer to assure your patties are cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F. Appliances may vary, adjust cook times and/or temperature accordingly.

Helpful Hint: Patties are lightly seasoned. Additional seasoning may be added as desired.

Pan Frying

Place frozen patties in a pre-heated skillet over medium high heat and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until juices to the surface. Turn and cook an additional 5 to 6 minutes.

Oven Grilling

Place frozen patties on a broiler/roasting pan in a pre-heated broiler 4-5 inches from heat source and cook for 6 to 7 minutes, or until juices come to the surface. Turn and cook an additional 6 to 7 minutes.

BBQ Grilling

Pre-heat gas grill at 350°F or when charcoal turns white. Cook frozen patties 5 to 7 minutes, or until juices come to the surface. Turn and cook an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
