Excellent shrimp - large and tasty when boiled to eat cold, grilled on skewers, marinated or just stir fried. These are my "go to" shrimp and they never fail to be excellent. Big enough to serve to company, cheap enough to toss in a weeknight rice bowl or salad. I always thaw them in the refrigerator, as I've found thawing shrimp under running water makes them taste different in my opinion

These seem to be individually flash frozen so it's easy to pull out just what you need from the bag to thaw. They don't stick together much. I like that I don't have to thaw the whole bag to get shrimp out. Also, they cook up really well and the texture and taste are fresh. They aren't rubbery.
