I am a type two diabetic and have been for years. I have tried different holistic, suggestions, and never found any really good results. I started using the cinnamon capsules because I heard cinnamon can help lower your blood sugar levels. My AC1 was 7.1 and went down to a 6.7. Next time I went in, the 6.7 went down to a 6.1. I would say it worked.
