I have only had this refrigerator a few weeks but it is exactly what I wanted ! My only cons are the water doesn’t come out very cold at all.I’m not sure if thi is normal but it’s seems like it should be extremely cold since it comes from the freezer side of the fridge.The ice and water dispenser makes a mess and it doesn’t have a drip pan/tray to catch excess water and ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't buy a Frig that doesn't have the new linear compressor. It's the quietest, most energy saving thing! I don't know why LG doesn't tout this improvement in refrigeration. Also - I love the side-by-side. I couldn't stand the little flap thing on my old frig that goes over when you close the left door. This has tons of room and the knock twice light-on feature is very cool. I can monitor everything from my phone app too.

Linear Compressor Wins!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this not quite a month. The ice machine is doing great. The quality round ice machine is doing just great. This is a larger frig than my other. I have room in the doors for all my condiments which leave me more room in the frig to put left overs and other containers. I am getting used to the see through door. I also make other things like pickles and pickled onions that fit in it just fine. This is a great frig.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has the perfect amount of technology without getting ridiculous. The "knock" door is nice to just check if we need milk or juice. The door bins a quite large, as are the drawers.
The craft ice is a nice touch, and the water/ice dispensing system is easy to use.
Looking forward to years of carefree use and properly cooled food.
P.S. It looks really nice in our kitchen!

Beautiful refrigerator with nice technology

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator almost a month ago.  It has great features and plenty of room for everything.  The craft ice is a nice bonus.  The stainless cleans up easily and does not leave fingerprints.  Keeping my fingers crossed that this fridge lasts longer than our previous (other brand) one.

Great Features

Love this fridge.  Has lots of room. Stays super cold and I love the ability to control features in the app. Craft ice is the bomb!  Thought I would use the knock feature more but really found it not that useful due to the fact most of our condiments block the view. 
The only down side for our family is that it does not make as much ice as I would have hoped. Hasn't filled the bin since I have had it. Had to buy ice a couple times.

Lots of room

We bought this 10 months ago and have had to have the ice dispenser serviced twice already. The first time the service guy obviously had no idea what he was doing but the second guy was much better. So far it seems to be working much better. Thank goodness it was still under warranty!

Love the craft ice!

Found right door about 1/4 inch lower than the right. Attempted adjustment but will not move up enough. Fridge seems to be fine otherwise.

Bought this a month ago and broken out of the box.  Fridge side doesn't cool to safe temperatures and the LCD disply is broken.   After 2 dozen phone calls to India/Malaysia/Pakistan there might be a remote possibility of a refund, but that still remains to be seen.  Used to be a big LG fan and have multiple other LG appliances, but because of the hassle I may consider other brands.
