Great TV!

I bought this TV a few weeks ago at an exceptional Sam's Club Black Friday sale price online. I couldn't have made a better choice! The unit was personally scheduled for delivery by Sam's delivery service which made it very convenient to get. I didn't have to go fight any crowds to buy it and I didn't have to rent anything to get it home. It's all set up and works great.

Fair Product, Terrible Service

I bought the product 12/01/2018, lost wifi connect ability in June 2019, LG Warranty Service scheduled a repair service that did not show up and did not call to say they would not show. LG is frustrating me tremendously with their replies to my concerns. Average product, horrible service, would not ever do business with this company again.

Great if you don't plan to use Wi-Fi

Everything works great except for the Wi-Fi connection. Wi-Fi does not connect. When you try to connect, TV says “Wi-Fi is turned off. Turn back on to connect.” There is no feature to turn the Wi-Fi off or on!!! Tech said the issue is possibly due to dust but then mentioned Wi-Fi wiring is compressed & you will need to open up the back of the TV to unfold. I'm a senior citizen. My TV is on the wall. There is no way I can do this. The TV is out of warranty. Of course, this issue came up afterwards. Ugh! I will have to pay out of pocket to have a repair service come out to fix this issue. I no longer have cable so I need the Wi-Fi for my streaming services. I'm regretting this purchase.
