Like some people, I get anxious when setting up electronics.  However, setting up this TV was honestly a breeze.  I plugged it in along with the cable and it prompted me through the whole setup process. It was that simple. What really helped was the on screen and verbal instructions which were very easy to understand.  Once it was set up, I appreciated the clarity of sound.  I could hear the dialogue clearly - no need for a soundbar unless you want the full sound emersion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of this TV is amazing. The picture is very clear and the colors are vivid. When watching a movie or TV show, it feels like you are actually in the program instead of on a couch. The sound quality is great! I love the ability to customize this TV to my liking. My husband has his PS5 hooked up to it as well. The quality of the picture and audio while playing on his PS5 is great and far better than our previous TV. 
The ability to stream PlutoTV on here is a big plus. We are a cable free household and rely solely on streaming services. 
If you are in the market for a TV, definitely give this one a look!

Here is the reason why I am so happy I bought this LG TV.  Originally I bought a new 55" Samsung Crystal Tizan.  Eleven calls to Samsung trying to put my computer on its screen. Tech support  couldn't solve it and was told to call Xfinity. No luck co back to Samsung who then told me to contact Dish - no luck. Then they told me to contact Dell - again, no luck. So I had them pick it up and ship it back.  My sister just bought a new LG and told me to try it and I AM SO HAPPY I DID!!!!  The colors are great but I find the greatest this is the EASE on uses to navigate all of your systems. it's easy to go from TV to computer and back! It's easy to set the many option sleep timer!  It's easy to set the type of sound you want, etc.  IT'S JUST SO EASY TO ENJOY TV ON MY NEW 55" LG TV!!!

So easy to navigate its systems!

My wife and I installed this in only a short amount of time.  The only issue we had was we were reusing a wall bracket from our earlier tv and needed to purchase different mounting screws.  Our new LG was much lighter than the old tv and didn't require the larger screws from the old tv.

Easy to install and has great features.

Took it out of the box and connected cables, plugged it in, and turned it on. On screen directions for pairing remoter and registering were a piece of cake. Picture is wonderful and the "magic" remote is a Godsend entering web sites and passwords for the apps.

I was given this tv as a gift for a replacement of my LG oled65cxpua. I didn’t think I would but it matches up well. The size is where it wins the contest. Both are features are great. I am a happy customer and officially team LG. Gave a 4 because its always room for improvement.

Great size

After using the TV for a few weeks I can say that I am mostly happy with it.  The picture quality is good and works well in game mode with my Xbox X.  Sound quality is also good but will probably add a sound bar to take overall experience up a level.  My only negative is the speed of the software, menus and switching between apps is very slow.  Overall I am happy as a budget TV, how it holds up over time will determine its ultimate value.

Good Budget TV Option

The documents on-line do not illustrate step-by-step instructions, neither for set up nor operation, for the user: it seems that trial & error is supposed to get you there but there is nothing to illustrate the features & how to utilize them. TV screen refresh between functions is VERY slow.

Absence of printable or hard-copy instructions

Looking at this as a 2-3 year bridge while the higher LED options and other technical advantages in the higher cost TV sets sort themselves out and become more price / value favorable.

The 5th star would have been awarded, but, the remote control has issues/opportunities.

But this new tv the processor was very slow and interface is also not as friendly as before. Also the quality of picture is not as great. Ended up returning it and bought an OLED instead
