[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for 2 weeks now. The picture quality is amazing. I love LG TV's for this reason. The included apps are OK, but I wish LG would partner up with Roku since it's much easier to use. Not a big deal since I can use my own Roku device. The magic controller takes some getting used to but overall it's OK. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a big TV at a reasonable cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last LG tv was about 4 years old when a green picture tube failed. It is nice to see colors again.
My big complaint is the cursor jumps to hyper speed when I am happy moving cursor by clicking and the movement can only be slowed but not stopped.

Nice for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about 7 months ago.  Nice TV.  Hooked it up to a ROKU box and the internet for streaming content.  The picture is great.  The wand portion of the remote is sluggish and hard to pinpoint.  Prefer just to step through the options.  All in all, a well rounded TV and working as expected.

Great TV for streaming content

The documents on-line do not illustrate step-by-step instructions, neither for set up nor operation, for the user: it seems that trial & error is supposed to get you there but there is nothing to illustrate the features & how to utilize them. TV screen refresh between functions is VERY slow.

I bought this product 2 months ago and I am a little bit disappointed. The share screen process with an iPhone 12 is a nightmare and complicated with or without the LG apps. Competitor products are better for this case. Also switching from LG overall screen to HDMI is not intuitive. Overall, I lose a bit some life time pleasure.

Screen sharing need improvment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an old LG TV that needed updating, so I bought this bigger 55" one. The picture quality is fine.
But I absolutely hate the way the menu section works, there should be a simpler solution to switch to Roku or a DVD player, The old TV had a simple button to click, now this product with its menu makes this a very unfriendly clicking around need. 
I also object strongly to the "necessity" of having all the data of my use collected and moved on to who knows who.  This should be an option only if one has the wish for that!

My reaction is more negative than positve.

I purchased this television a few weeks ago and am not at all happy with its performance.  The screen image is below average at best and the sound quality is actually terrible.  There are far too many options for tuning the picture as I've spent many hours trying to adjust the thing.  I would not purchase another LG television.

But this new tv the processor was very slow and interface is also not as friendly as before. Also the quality of picture is not as great. Ended up returning it and bought an OLED instead
