Josh Cellars were launched in 2007 and has consistently sought to represent the best of California in each and every bottle of wine they sell. <h3>White Sangria Recipe</h3> <ins>Ingredients</ins> <ul> <li>1 lb. strawberries, hulled and halved</li> <li>2 limes, sliced</li> <li>2 lemons, sliced</li> <li>2 oranges, sliced</li> <li>1 bottle Josh Cellars Pinot Grigio</li> <li>¼ cup peach schnapps (or peach brandy)</li> <li>Club soda</li> <li>Fruit ice (optional)</li> </ul> <ins>Instructions</ins> 1. Add the sliced strawberries, limes, lemons and oranges to a large pitcher. Add ice and then pour in the Josh Cellars Pinot Grigio and the peach schnapps or brandy. Stir and refrigerate for about 3 hours to let the flavors infuse. 2. Add ice to a wine glass, pour in the sangria, about ¾ full, and top with club soda. Garnish with slices of orange and lemon. 3. Josh  Cellars is a great choice for the table or just entertaining. This particular choice was for a friend, but my usual choice is chardonnay - not that "snap to" that some white wines have, just smooth and slightly fruity.  Enjoy

Great tasting

Nwver had rhis brand before but thought it was a decent winery. Typically buy Pinot Grigio but thought Gris can't be too much different, right?  Well, dont know if it's the grape or the winery or both but this wine was very bitter. Reminded me of a Greek wine called Restina which is very pine-y. This  too tastes like turpentine. Nothing like Pinot Grigio! Spend your $5 some where else.
