didn't wait to open.
I've been looking for this calendar for years. I was so happy when I found out it was at Sam's club. I bought 2 and I've already eaten most of the first one. I don't know how anyone could just eat one a day. The most pleasant surprise was the onion and apple one. I actually love a similar version of this cheese sold at TJs and my local expensive grocery store, but this one hit different. A ton of flavor as it was a bit savory and a little sweet and umami in between. I also loved the Mexican flavor. It was spicy and flavorful. I had never had Leicester or Gloucester before but I was not disappointed. Overall a nice holiday treat if you can get your hands on one.
