Put on my car in January of 2020

Put these tires on my car in January 2020 and as of November 2023 these tires are still great! I have driven over 60k miles on these tires and use them all year round due to the types of roads and conditions I typically drive in. Looking at purchasing these exact tires again for this upcoming winter season!

Delayed service....

When I purchased my tires at Sam's Club they were not in stock, so I had to wait for them to be delivered. I was told it would be 3 days for delivery. Almost 2 weeks later, no tires. So I canceled my order. I was told I would have to wait for my refund as I'd paid by credit card. Understandable. So I wait... After waiting 5 days, my bank tells me that Sam's Club never refunded the money... I call Sam's Club to inquire. The manager apologizes saying the associate failed to initiate the refund when I canceled. The manager then perfoermed the refund while I was on the phone & ssured me that it was done. Now i'm told again to wait 5-6 days for the refund to complete. Frustrated to say the least....

Sam's Club associates lie customors.

When I placed the order I was told I can pay with GoodYear credit card that was not true. Due to Sam's Club employee lie I lost the $200 mail in rebate from GoodYear. I'll never buy tires from Sam's club.
