I have only put this through a four hour test, but it seemed to perform exactly as advertised.

This seems to be the best brand to buy.

Extremely well built and highly useful layout for all the outputs as well as the inputs.  The App is fantastic for device management and monitoring.  Perfect unit for a power failure or off grid situations because it can handle just about anything you throw at it.

I'm very impressed with this Solar Generator, its very easy to get started with and it charges very fast.  Right now I'm just charging with the A/C wall outlet, but plan to get some solar panels in the spring before we head out to Arches National Park to camp in our RV.  I really like the ECOFlow 400W foldable panel, but they are super expensive.  The App on your phone is also very nice, and I can track whats going on with the EcoFlow without being next to it.  I might also purchase the extra battery for this next Spring as well.

Great Solar Generator

Doing a camping trip as I type this. The Ecoflow delta max powered my cpap and camp refrigerator all night long.  It took less than 2 hours to fully recharge. I really enjoyed the extra comfort I get knowing I  have reliable  power. My wife now wants me to purchase a solar panel to ensure sustainable power.

Reliable power!

This item was purchased to compliment my Honda 2200 generator so that if there is a power outage I can run the generator in the daytime but to keep things quiet I can run my ECO-Flow at nite. I also use it to charge our electric bicycles and battery powered lawnmowers to that these items are "OFF the GRID."

Does what I wanted it to do.

We recently owned a Goal Zero 1400 unit and had it only a relatively short time before it pooped out on us and had not really used it much! We researched other power station options and decided to purchase the Delta Max. Best purchase we’ve made. We bought it originally to supplement power during our camping trips. It was a life saver during a recent hurricane being able to power our CPAP machines when we lost power for several hour during the night. Charges nearly instantly (maybe 90 min) compared to other products. Can’t wait to see how long this unit will last and how many uses we will get!

Best Purchase Made!

Just recently purchased for trip out west ie. New Mexico and Colorado.  Kept our cooler going all week and it charged everything no problems.  The solar panels worked well too, heavy and big though.  Can't see what im typing so hope everything is spelled right .  Overall good product great addition for overloading.

Understanding that not every customer is adept at power stations and create the manual as such would be helpful.  Also, the print is light and small, also not helpful

I like the design of the Power Station having handles on each side. At 48 pounds it’s pretty heavy for me but the handles make it easier to lift. I did buy a plastic moving dolly with swivel casters.. I keep it on that so I can easily move it around when needed.  

I haven’t had to use it yet but I imagine I will this winter as my area is prone to power outages.

Fingers crossed it’s as powerful and dependable as people say.

Haven’t really used it yet but….

I’m very satisfied of my Delta max 1600. I used it for Back up Ups to my Security alarm and internet modem and router in case of emergency. I’ve been getting a lot of blackout around my area and was able to continue power some of my electrical equipments. No problems yet on the ecoflow Delta max 1600. Thank you so much!

Back up generator

The rating of 2 kWhr is really 1.4K-1.6 kWhr for the following reason:

1.  To maintain good battery life, one should not discharge the battery below 10% or charge above 80% for normal operations.   This is normal Lithium Ion battery behavior but specmanship means a lot of manufacturers ignore this constraint.  They should just add 20% more battery and adjust the software to avoid the corner cases of Li-Ion chemistry, but most do not.    Ecoflow is no exception, unfortunately

I'm also unable to set the maximum charging level automatically to 80% while using as a UPS, so I have to tediously monitor the charging level to avoid the 100% charged which the manual recommends not doing over long periods of time.   There should be a built-in "extend battery life" feature to make this automatic.  Humans should not be in the loop to save battery life.

The UPS mode cuts out for a half cycle (30mS) which some equipment can handle and some cannot.   Please figure out how to make this device a 100% useful UPS in the future.

In general a primary use case of "leave it plugged in in case of a power outage" seems to be somewhat neglected in the documentation and feature set.  Please elevate this to a primary feature.   An Ecoflow that has self-discharged to 25% when set in the corner for 2 years unplugged is of no use in a power outage.   Equally an Ecoflow that has damaged the battery because it was left plugged in for 2 years in the corner is also of no use in a power outage.   There isn't an automatic way to handle both these constraints, it requires a human in the loop.  Most humans, especially me, are terrible at such tasks, but computers are great at such tasks.

Pretty good device, but missing primary use cases

I have to unplug solar when there isnt any sun to prevent battery damage? (Per Ecoflow) Good for a backup, worthless if trying to use for an off grid application or trying to cut your electric bill...also the bms system for the additional batteries is non existent....disappointed
