I just bought this to purchase items that are only exclusively online and you can't even use this gift card because it only comes with a four digit pin and you need a eight digit pin…so annoying!  The only contact information available is for build a bear and just spoke to two customer service reps who both said they could not help me!  I guess I will save it to use in the store as it is a good savings but feel this is very deceiving so I wanted to share.

You can't use this to purchase online!

Couldn't purchase the physical cards from Sam's. For some reason they wouldn't ring up. A manager said it was some issue with the merchant, so I ordered things from online, not realizing it was an e-gift card, which defeated the purpose of sending physical gift cards to people! So now, I have to do the work of ordering. It's also annoying trying to find the e-card to use it.
