BEAutiful…and well made

We purchased a pergola for some partial shade in our back courtyard.  The construction took us 3 easy days.  The directions are easy to follow and the organization of the building is excellent.  We are enjoying the space provided.

Beautiful!!!

It has good instructions I believe it should be a 3 man job to get the
Main structure up. After that one guy can finish. Not hard, but a lot to pay attention too. Looks good but when you begin, try to have 3 men. Hardware's is pretty good feels real solid when finished. Had one board break and a replacement was sent free of charge in 3 days. I thought that was pretty good customer service

Pergolas

purchased one for our clients and had quite a few damaged pieces, cracked post,  which customer service replaced right away, then we bought one for our rental house in april, had a few broken / cracked pieces in the box which again they replaced right away and now a month later now the two main beams are cracked from left to right even though we sealed it with penetrating sealer, quite a few other cracks. I know we have no humidity here in Nevada but the quality of the wood definitely is on the cheap side.
