Healthy and amazing cookie? Yes, please. Crispy, light, delicious, not too sweet like some cookies. Dip them or dress them up or just eat a handful to kill those sugar cravings. And if you get them delivered and have a lot of crumbs in the bag, they are AMAZING to crust chicken tenders or shrimp with!
