The directions are for 3 a day but I just take - a day since I eat a big brunch. It is not leaky but I do have several more bm's a day. It has lowered my AIC to pre-diabetes, stabilized & kept my weight from skyrocketing like it normally does & is helping my cholesterol numbers. I'd like to stay on this forever.

Definitely works; I was pleasantly surprised and it's help me lose weight as well as maintaining my weight  It's not a quick to start losing but you notice it if you're consistent with taking it.

Good product

These are fake. The bottle is the wrong size, the capsules sound different if you shake the bottle and the bottle is using an old label from 2015. The GSK sticker was also missing and had an "inspection qualified" printed instead of the GSK logo. No country of origin either. Do not buy these.

The package looks like a generic knock off? Been purchasing for years first time I bought from Walmart and the bottle is double in size and it doesn't look right.  See picture.

the pills in this container or distributor are fake and made me feel sick.  they are entirely blue not like the regular Alli pills.

Beware if you have kidney problems. This worked great but made my kidneys hurt horribly bad. Upon further research, this is a side effect of this product. Also, kidney stones are a side effect. The weight loss trade off is not worth destroying my kidneys.

This item was fake. online information shows fake alli vs real. Fake is powder instead of pellet like real alli .I had no clue walmart had third party sellers. will not by again.

Fake Alli

Did not like this product. I I thought I was getting a good deal because the cost was half price.   I believe that this is a fake product. I have taken this same product for 3 months and bought it from the store and it did what it was supposed to do. This product that I bought from this site didn't do anything and it didn't even look like the same product.  It was a capsule had no markings on them and  filled with white powder instead of white pellets like the real product .  The real product also had the name on the capsule.  This one nothing on the capsule.  The packaging can fool you. It did look legit but the product was no good .  God only knows what I was taking That is scary. This was a waste of money.

Not happy with this product.  I have taken Alli in the past and these pills don't even look like Alli.  I took them as directed and it did nothing.
