About this item

Product details

Our Member’s Mark Rosemary and Sea Salt Focaccia is an olive oil rich authentic Italian bread, with a crispy golden exterior and a soft interior. Our recipe is topped with a rosemary, olive oil and sea salt glaze, which results in a rich, savory flavor. When used for sandwiches, you can toast, put on a panini press or use straight from the bag. Also great for dipping in oil or soups. Baked fresh in club and ready to enjoy!

Best Way to Serve Rosemary and Sea Salt Focaccia

Focaccia can be eaten as it is, warmed up, toasted, or in other recipes. Slice sections in half horizontally to serve up as a foundation for a delicious sandwich. You can also cut them into squares, rectangles or triangles to be enjoyed with hot soups, stews, chilis or even dips. If you have leftover pieces, cut them up into cubes for croutons or blend them in a food processor to make homemade breadcrumbs.

Soft and Fresh

We tried this bread a few weeks back with the Autumn Squash Soup and it was a HIT! The bread sliced beautifully and was soft and fresh. We have a wide range of ages to please, 4-15 and everyone went back for more. I cant wait to try it again with some olive oil and balsamic for dipping...yum!

Welcome addition

This new focaccia bread is a welcomed addition to my favorite Sam's bakery products. Was delicious from start to finish. 2 breads for under 5 dollars is a steal. My personal favorite use is to slice and toast and top with olive salad as well making the actual muffaletta sandwiches.

First time trying

My husband and I had this for lunch with turkey and arugula. It wasn't bad just OK but not great. The flavors are there but the consistency of the bread is lacking. We heated it up in the griddle then we put some olive oil and a little bit of red wine vinegar then it tasted better and it's softer. So this will be good dipping with olive oil and pairing it with a pasta. Will get some more and give it another try.
