Beautiful and Complete

This puzzle is beautiful! I received it as a Christmas gift in 2024 and just finished it on New Year’s Day, 2026. It was challenging but the end result was worth it. All 1000 pieces were included in my box! I will be repurchasing from this brand. Highly recommend!

Extra Pieces

I bought this in December 2024 and worked this week. It was exact, and colorful. I ended up with two extra peices which were duplicates. Probably some of the prior reviewer.

Where are the missing pieces?

Let me start by stating that I read the other reviews about missing pieces prior to me making this purchase. I thought maybe the other customers had a bad batch. I gave the company the benefit of doubt because I was excited to begin my old hobby. I set a schedule to do a little of the puzzle each day. Towards the end of the puzzle, I noticed pieces were missing. I was hopeful I would find the pieces. Unfortunately, I had a total of four pieces missing. Not only did I find this disappointing, I was surprised these puzzles are they are still available for other customers to buy ( and waste their money). I will not buy puzzles from this company again. Perhaps the company should do a quality control check to ensure all the pieces are in place before they take customers money? A refund would be nice considering I didn't get the full experience of completing the puzzle and framing it for my room.
