Works great! Get some help to unpack and unload it. Also, many reviews on line appear to forget that there’s a bigger grey electrical connector that needs to be connected when first set up — it’s hidden under a panel under the seat, and isn’t just the little white connector under the seat. My unit’s charger failed soon after our first use but Merotec was great with shipping out a replacement quickly. The riding lawn mower has been great, capable of doing about 0.7 acres, mostly flat, with 30-40% charge left. The cutting deck has a lever to change the height from about 5” down to 1”, and has a separate button/pull to activate the cutting deck. The seat is comfortable, it’s handy to have a USB plug for my phone and holder, as well as a cup holder, and the controls are pretty intuitive — forward, back, neutral and accelerator and brake. There’s even a nice cruise control feature so you don’t have to keep pressing the accelerator. Battery level readout is well designed and even readable in sunlight. I’ve forgotten to switch the unit to off sometimes because it doesn’t make any noise while switched on with the cutting deck off — maybe that’s what messed up the first charger. Otherwise when I unpacked it, I did have to reinflate one tire that hadn’t been inflated so much, and wiggle some cardboard to make sure I was clearing the bars with the cutting deck (it would’ve gotten stuck otherwise). But I was able to power on the mower and then drive it — bumpily — off of the metal frame it came on once I disassembled all of the vertical supoorts and columns with a simple wrench, though a socket wrench made it go a bit faster. Delivery was pretty straightforward too, MAERSK sent a notification via email of the delivery date and when they showed up we told them where to drop it off in the driveway.

Delivery was quickly and came in a truck like that delivers a large appliance, it lowered the mower right onto our driveway near the garage. All we had to do was put on the seat and steering wheel and I was surprised we just drove it off the metal shipment frame it came on. Actually my son just used a wrench and disconnected the parts of the shipping frame and we put in the garbage for pickup. The mower is awesome and lots of plenty power to cut our whole year that is a little more than acre. Still with battery energy left. So nice to just plug in and no more gas can because I don;t like putting this in the car to fill it. This mower seems like very good quality. My only suggestion is to add a bluetooth speak that would be cool. If your looking for a new riding mower we recommend this one! Thansk
