Delivery was quickly and came in a truck like that delivers a large appliance, it lowered the mower right onto our driveway near the garage. All we had to do was put on the seat and steering wheel and I was surprised we just drove it off the metal shipment frame it came on. Actually my son just used a wrench and disconnected the parts of the shipping frame and we put in the garbage for pickup. The mower is awesome and lots of plenty power to cut our whole year that is a little more than acre. Still with battery energy left. So nice to just plug in and no more gas can because I don;t like putting this in the car to fill it. This mower seems like very good quality. My only suggestion is to add a bluetooth speak that would be cool. If your looking for a new riding mower we recommend this one! Thansk

Performance exceeds old gas riding mower.

Works great! Get some help to unpack and unload it. Also, many reviews on line appear to forget that there’s a bigger grey electrical connector that needs to be connected when first set up — it’s hidden under a panel under the seat, and isn’t just the little white connector under the seat. My unit’s charger failed soon after our first use but Merotec was great with shipping out a replacement quickly. The riding lawn mower has been great, capable of doing about 0.7 acres, mostly flat, with 30-40% charge left. The cutting deck has a lever to change the height from about 5” down to 1”, and has a separate button/pull to activate the cutting deck. The seat is comfortable, it’s handy to have a USB plug for my phone and holder, as well as a cup holder, and the controls are pretty intuitive — forward, back, neutral and accelerator and brake. There’s even a nice cruise control feature so you don’t have to keep pressing the accelerator. Battery level readout is well designed and even readable in sunlight. I’ve forgotten to switch the unit to off sometimes because it doesn’t make any noise while switched on with the cutting deck off — maybe that’s what messed up the first charger. Otherwise when I unpacked it, I did have to reinflate one tire that hadn’t been inflated so much, and wiggle some cardboard to make sure I was clearing the bars with the cutting deck (it would’ve gotten stuck otherwise). But I was able to power on the mower and then drive it — bumpily — off of the metal frame it came on once I disassembled all of the vertical supoorts and columns with a simple wrench, though a socket wrench made it go a bit faster.  Delivery was pretty straightforward too, MAERSK sent a notification via email of the delivery date and when they showed up we told them where to drop it off in the driveway.

Lift up the panel to connect the hidden grey thing

This thing is so well built. I was impressed with the how well it came shipped. The company that makes the mower called me personally and gave me a number and person to call if I had any questions or concerns. I'm loving this mower. No gas to fill or fumes to choke on. No oil. I just park it in our shed and hook up to charger. I got compliments from the neighbors.

Excellent Riding Lawnmower

The mower works as promised. I want to purchase the bagging unit but no one is selling them. It’s early yet but the mower has been able to conquer my 3/4 acre yard without using over 50% of the battery.

First, I have to say this is an Exchange for the first one that was damaged in Transit, and it only took about a week and a half for the new one to show up, Awesome. The good things: It's very well built. Were some have only a solid Bar with the Sterring connected to it, this has Sterring Rods that can be adjusted to align the Front End. I think it is still one wheel drive, could be one side for forward and one side for reverse because it has a full Differential. Some only have half and then Long Screws sticking out the side where the other half should be. It has a heavy Guage Blade Housing that should last quite a while. The Go Pedal (Gas Pedal) on this one is much better than the last one, which you could push in about a quarter of the way with nothing then all of the sudden it goes. Of course it's not as powerful as a Gasoline, but I didn't expect it to be. If you have let your Grass grow a bit to long (over 4 in) you may have to do it twice, which actually works great for getting rid of the Clumps. I did maybe a 1/2 acre twice and still had 3 out of 5 Bars left on the Guage. As the Add states Do not Mow Wet or grass with Morning Dew on it, It cakes up on the Blade Housing and it can't handle it like a Gaser would. You have to continuously raise the Blade all the way up to get it to start and then slowly lower it down and drive very slow. I had some trouble at the back end of the Field where it was damp. I bought it for my Wife who is going to have to Drive and Take care of it on her own soon. If I was going to be around for another 5 or 10 years, I would have bought a Gaser. All though after purchasing I realized that the Batteries would have to be brought into the House during our 6-month Buffalo Winter and kept charged. There seems to be 4 Smaller Car Batteries in there and they don't look like they are easy to remove. Besides that, how do you keep them Charged up in the House without the Mower? I've worked a lot on fixing Electrical Items, so I'll be able make up a set of cables to Charge them in the House. The hard part will be getting the Mower end of the Charger plug.

It's OK

True, I paid a premium for this mower, but for entry level electric riders this had a wider deck by 6" and was basically the same feature-wise as any other. Plus free shipping as a Sam's plus member gave me another $500 in savings. However with this size of deck if you have to be careful around hhumps and dips or you will bottom out and create bare spots.

Great mower ant a reasonable price.

The charging system does not allow me to leave the charger plugged in to the mower, although the manual states that is the preferred way. If you leave it plugged in after it's fully charged the red over-time flash is displayed. And if you unplug the charger after it reaches 100%, the actual charge drops substantially in a day or so. Then it doesn't have enough charge to do the whole lawn.

Funky charging

I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this item. From day one it didn’t work. Everything battery related camel on, lights, screen, blades, but it wouldn’t move (forward or backwards). Contacted Yard Force right away and started the process to get it repaired. Two weeks later and they hadn’t contacted us and we had no clue who would be fixing it or a time frame for repair. We made several calls trying to get info, but no one could ever tell us anything. Their Customer Service/Warranty department was ridiculous!! We decided to return the mower to Sam’s and purchased a different brand.

Disappointed

I bought this May 2024 and was delivered on May 24 2024. After couples of mowing my lawn, I realized that the blade does not work even when battery indicator showing 40-50%. Anyway, I kept using mower while I contact customer service ( it tooks months to get back from customer service) and it passed 90 days for return date which I was not aware for 90 days return policy. Long story short, finally they arranged local store pick up for repair. They picked it up Nov 6 2024 for repair, and I did not get my mower fixed yet as of April 14. I need my mower back to cut my lawn. Now I have nothing after spend thousands dollars. Hope your machine don't need service. If your machine need service repair, it is done.

Be careful

We bought this 18 months ago and initially, we were very happy with this tractor - it ran perfectly and so much quieter and cleaner than a traditional tractor. Then, we noticed problems with the battery charge - one minute it had 90%, the next it had 15%. The Yard Force customer service at that time was fantastic - they walked us through diagnostics and found it was the LCD "brain" that was faulty (a known fault). We received the new part free of charge the next day. Fast forward to this cutting season - the replacement part was showing same errors and now the tractor won't run at all. We have spent hours of frustration with customer service (clearly NOT the same agents as the previous year), trying to get this part. We even offered to buy it ourselves, but they gave us the wrong part number to order. Finally after weeks of calling, we got an agent who actually listened to the problem and advised that due to tariffs, the company is having to pay 3x what the previously did for the parts and there is a huge backorder as "many people are waiting". She has no idea how long it will take to get the part. In the meantime, our grass is getting higher and higher. Also, we've learned that none of the local mower mechanics service this tractor. The reason we paid this much was to have a low-maintenance tractor - now we're stuck with a very expensive unit that doesn't run until if possibly we actually get the replacement part.
