Replaced our master bedroom mattress with this Zinus Night Therapy and I have slept better than I have in years. I was struggling with lower back and hip pain with my old mattress and now the pain has disappeared along with my visits to the chiropractor.  The mattress stays cool and is the perfect level of not too soft not too firm.  The mattress came air-vacuumed, rolled up in a box, and was easy to remove and put on our bed. 1 person can do this alone but definitely easier with 2 as it is a little heavy.  This ended up being much thicker than we anticipated and we are loving it!

The perfect night’s sleep

We received the california king 14" mattress and have been highly satisfied with it so far. It was easy to unpackage and also to allow the mattress to fully form. It is a pretty firm mattress, compared to the one we currently have, and easy to obtain a good night's rest. We would recommend this mattress to others looking for a new mattress.

Getting Some Good Zzzzzz's

We were skeptical about a boxed mattress. This mattress proved us wrong. Trust the process. Unbox the mattress and let it reshape for at least 48 hours. It’s not part of the instructions, but it’s worth it. Be careful when unpacking it; it knows kung fu.
It will take a couple of nights before you feel comfortable. You need to break it in. It is firm and soft at the same time. The memory foam hugs you at the correct pressure points. We are back, belly, and side sleepers, and it is excellent in any position. It cools pretty quickly. If it gets too hot, shift a couple of inches, and you will feel the coolness. We sleep through the whole night!

Surprisingly Comfortable

I have used this product for about 4 nights so far and that has been the best 4 nights of sleep I have ever had! The mattress is soft but firm and easily contorts to your body as you sleep. It isn’t bouncy so my husband tossing and turning doesn’t disturb me anymore as I don’t feel him moving. I don’t wake up with aches anymore! I highly recommend this mattress!

Super comfortable mattress

Have the Zinus Night Therapy Green Tea 14” Hybrid Mattress California King. Great feeling, great supportive mattress. My wife and I have been sleeping on it for about two weeks now and truly love it. Compared to all of the other mattresses we have had in the past this one is by far the best.

Amazing Mattress

For a budget friendly mattress, this is a good quality mattress. It arrived in vacuum sealed packaging which kept it clean and easier to pick up and move it into the bedroom, although it is pretty heavy and requires two people to move it. It was easy to open and it inflated rapidly and was basically ready to sleep on. I would describe it as a good mixture of firmness and softness. The edge around the bed doesn't seem to be real sturdy but the rest of the bed provides the right amount of support for a good night's sleep. Hopefully, it will be a durable mattress and last us a long time!

Quality Mattress

This mattress is super comfortable and was so easy to set up. If you prefer a hard or more firm mattress, this may not be to your liking. I was able to get this mattress up to my 2nd-floor bedroom with help from one other person, but unraveling it was a cinch by myself. Great night's sleep on a nice piece of furniture!

Excellent Soft Mattress

Zinus green therapy mattress,  i replaced a 100% memory foam mattress with this one. The other mattress was WAY too firm and not comfortable enough to sleep all night. It is in my guest room. When the Zinus mattress arrived it was delivered on my doorstep in a box about 18 inches square and 5 feet tall. It was packaged well but a little hard to move due to its weight. I drug it into the room where it would be used, cut the box open and pulled it off of the mattress. The mattress was rolled up and wrapped with very heavy guage plastic whic did a great job of containing it and slippery enough to be able to push it ip onto the bed. Here is why you should be awake fully before cutting the plastic and unveiling the mattress TRUST ME. Once i started cutting the plastic enough the mattress basically jumped out on its own( be careful if holding a sharp object lol)  once fully unrolled the mattress slowly started to fill out. The directions say it can take up to 72 hours before fully expanded. I waited about 36 hours and said to heck with it. I put sheets on and climed onto it. It is not a firm as my old mattress but still firm enough for my liking. I am happy so far with it. The best part was the old mattress had a chemical smell for a couple of months, the Zinus on the other hard smelled almost like nothing but had a slight clean smell to it.

New mattress for guest room

We received our mattress mid afternoon, and with two people, bringing it in and setting it up was easy and it was ready to sleep on that night.
There was a slight smell to it, like with most memory foam products, but taking the sheets off the second day and letting it air out until night time made it disappear completely.
I am a side-sleeper, and at first I really liked this mattress. It was soft, but I didn't really sink into it, and was able to sleep comfortably for about 5 nights. But now, I've started to notice some sagging points, especially when my partner and I are sleeping close together. For reference, two people of average height are sleeping on this mattress, one being about 125lbs and the other about 190lbs.
It's still fairly comfy, and most nights I've been able to sleep well on it. And for it's price (being more of a budget mattress), I feel like some of my complaints should be expected. But I'm really wondering about its durability long-term. I'd give it 3 1/2 stars out of 5.

Decent for a budget mattress

I personally would not recommend this product and here is why.
While my mattress was already in transit, I was researching to see if I would need a different box spring or if one was even needed for this mattress, however, what came up in my search for this brand of mattress was.. do not buy, that there is fiberglass in the mattress cover. How most ppls stories go, they were feeling itchy after laying on the bed, they decide to take the cover off to wash it, unknowing that the cover, even though it has a zipper, should not be removed because once removed, fiberglass is released in the air, it will get into your lungs on your skin and on every single thing in your house including your furnace and thru the duct work, the only way to resolve this is to throw away everything and have your house professionally cleaned costing from 8,000 to 20,000 to me this product is not worth the health risk or devastation. My product is waiting for FedEx to pick up and return to the sender.
