Challenging to use

Finally got it to work to redeem a giftcard on their site. At first the purchase on their site kept failing. Annoying you had to reenter everything each time just to get tot heir page. I had to call and put in the card info and they said it took time to verify funds and my funds would be available in 20 minutes. The next time I tried to do the purchase after that time, it let me checkout with the eGift I selected. So tedious but it worked

Seems like a scam

Bought this as a gift for someone and they had major difficulty trying to redeem. Did not work online and they needed to call up and the company wanted a lot of personal information and never resolved the problem. They were not able to use. It isn’t a normal giftcard!
