This pasta even though frozen, is actually pretty good. The sauce is always pretty consistent and not watery. It has a sufficient amount of chicken portions which is great compared to a lot of chicken pasta meals I have tried. For a little bit extra, I add a pretty good amount of Spinach that cooks down perfectly with the ZATARAINS BLACKEND Chicken Pasta. Try it!!

ZATARAINS BLACKEND CHICKEN PASTA

I generally do not buy processed foods but wanted to try this for a quick meal. I was surprised at how good it was. Unlike other premade, processed foods, it was not too salty and didn’t have the taste of a frozen meal. I would definitely buy this again.

Blackened Chicken Alfredo I would recommend

We have this in the freezer for times when neither of us wants to cook. It takes a little over an hour and feeds us for two meals each (usually). Very tasty!

When you just want a decent meal and not cook

My daughter hates the chicken Alfredo that most stores have including the premade that the big box stores make fresh. I fully expected her to hate this but she loves it! It is well seasoned although that is to be expected from a company trying to claim some Louisiana deliciousness.

Tasty!

We really liked this Zatarain's Blackened Chicken Alfredo.  It was not too spicy but had good flavor.  We would have liked to have had a bit more chicken but there was definitely enough protein for 2.  We had leftovers and added some extra chicken and alfredo sauce the next day to get another meal.

Very flavorful!

My perception is something changed in the ingredients, seems sloppy and not the quality I remember. Flavor was ok and what I expected for a frozen meal.

Seems different

I used to love this product, but since they change, whatever they change end of seasoning and flavor it has not been the same. The chicken feels cheap in the pasta does not taste the same. This used to be my favorite, but now it's not I won't buy it again unless they change it back to how they used to do it before Covid hit.

It's a no for me

I would say for just wanting to try it its okay. It definitely has a different taste to it. Could be better in my opinion, i normally make mine home made but for a quick bite and not enough time for a soccer mom it fed my kids and myself but i wouldnt buy it again.

Could be better

Purchase this item, then attempted to buy a pizza on the way out and was refused unless I went through the app to make the purchase. Pretty dumb that you can't go to get a quick food item for cash or credit without having to have the phone. I had to go out to my car to get my phone, didn't know I would need it to make a silly food purchase.

Bad service

I will be returning this. When I opened the package it was VERY obvious that it had thawed out and then refrozen. I decided to give one of the containers a try anyway. Once cooked it turned into complete mush!  Going forward, I will be opening any frozen item I intend to purchase to be sure it hasn't been thawed and refrozen.
