Easy to Prepare

Keep Zatarain’s Blackened Chicken Alfredo on hand in the freezer for those nights when you're short on time. The convenient tray can be cooked in the microwave or oven for a quick and easy family-size meal. Just remember to keep it frozen until ready to use, and do not refreeze. Any leftovers should be refrigerated or discarded.

Cooking Instructions

Remove the tray from the outer carton and do not vent the film cover. Microwave on MEDIUM (50% power) for 15 minutes. Carefully peel back the film and stir, then replace the film. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 5 to 7 minutes longer or until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Let it stand in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Carefully remove the tray from the microwave, remove the film, and stir before serving. Please note that microwave ovens vary and cooking times may need to be adjusted. These cooking times are based on an 1100-watt microwave oven.

This Alfredo is so good. Comes with two containers which makes two seperate meals for me and my husband. Baked and microwaved it. Not much of a difference so usally just do what we hsve time for. Goes great with garlic bread and salad which would be great for three people meal.

I generally do not buy processed foods but wanted to try this for a quick meal. I was surprised at how good it was. Unlike other premade, processed foods, it was not too salty and didn’t have the taste of a frozen meal. I would definitely buy this again.
