    Literally a lifesaver. I was getting crazy anxiety after covid. Every day I would wake up and feel a pit in my stomach as if I was going to make a speech in front of 10,000 ppl. As soon as I started taking these religiously every day I noticed such a difference. That feeling in my stomach was gone. It doesn’t change you, or make you feel different.     We have been using these for for several years. We were both diagnosed with thyroid issues and rather than going Prescription we chose Ashwagandha.
