    We have been using these for for several years. We were both diagnosed with thyroid issues and rather than going Prescription we chose Ashwagandha.     Literally a lifesaver. I was getting crazy anxiety after covid. Every day I would wake up and feel a pit in my stomach as if I was going to make a speech in front of 10,000 ppl.
