Break it up into small pieces as it cooks. Reduce the heat to medium and stir in the cream cheese until melted, about 2 minutes. I love buying these fresh mushrooms at Sam's Club! They always look so fresh and at a better price than the grocery stores, and are perfect for making stuffed mushrooms, or sliced for salads, cheesesteaks, or soups.

My wife and I love the mushrooms at Sam's Club for their freshness and size.  They're especially great for dishes using stuffed mushrooms.  We'll sometimes use sausage-based stuffing and other times crab meat.
