Got this as a Christmas gift for my husband and he loves it! Took maybe 20-30 minutes to hang TV. Need at least 2 people for the size of the TV. 
The picture is great! Sound is awesome about as loud as my last soundbar. Being allowed to customize Apps is a plus and new from the last Vizio we had. Great TV for the money.  The boys all loved watching the football game on it. Now I just need a bigger TV stand😆

86” & living it!

We went from a 75" Samsung tv that I was heartbroken to get rid of due to the picture going out that we had for around 9 years. I was set on getting another Samsung, but after talking to multiple people that highly recommended Visio we decided to give it a shot. We are extremely happy with everything about our 86" Visio! Clear picture, sound and the apps are easy to manage.

Great product for the dollar

The price was worth the size of the TV. The TV was worth the price. I took advantage of the free installation with the purchase of the TV and it is perfect. I also got the Vizio sound bar that hooks right underneath the TV and I love it. I cannot wait for football season.

I really love this 86 inch TV, we already had a smaller Vizio and wanted to get one to replace an LG in the living g room. Picture is great, it mounted to our mount we had already with no problem at all, however the wall mount spots for this tv are closer to the bottom so it made the overall TV higher on the wall. If I could change that I would, but the husband said he's not moving that wall mount lol. Couldn't ask for a better tv at this price point!

I purchased an open box unit. And that's how it was advertised as. And that's what I expected. That It was an open box with everything still in it.  But I received a very used TV. Missing instructions, missing mounting bolts,  missing half the screws for the legs, missing the batteries for the remote, the TV legs were scratched and damaged and there were scuffs on the TV.  Overall, I felt Walmart totally and falsely advertise about what the product was, being sold to me as.

Super slow operating system. Terrible slow picture. No wonder it is 500 dollars now from the 999.98 I paid. There are so many reviews now for the 86 inch all having the same issue. Apparently Vizio has an inadequate operating system for this size tv. They said just look out for possible updates. Terrible product.

Horrible experience! I bought an 86-inch unboxed and mounted the TV, only to discover a software issue. Netflix is completely unusable, while certain apps work intermittently. The TV constantly loads or displays a “no internet connection” message. However, when I check the internet connection, it's strong and functioning properly. I contacted Vizio for troubleshooting, but they're still unable to resolve the problem. As a result, we had to install a Fire Stick to fix the issue. I strongly advise against this purchase. Additionally, since we don't have a truck, we had to pay someone to transport and install the TV. Unfortunately, we couldn't return it to the store for a refund.

Software issues

The Vizio Smart TV OS is absolute garbage. Apps constantly freezing requiring the TV to be unplugged for 30 seconds to reset.

This TV has turned itself on no less than 10 times in the last 30 days, at all hours of the day, to play advertisements.
