Viking Juice Well Cutting Board crafted from Acacia, a renewable resource, is naturally resistant to water and humid environments, making it also resistant to bacteria. Made for carving large roasts, chicken and BBQ, Viking's Acacia Wood Carving Board has a unique juice well cut completely around the board to catch drippings. Durable enough to be used as a prep and cutting board, but beautiful enough to e used as a serving board. Large cutting surface as board measures 18" x 12" x 0.75" and can be used on both sides cutting surface. The reversible wooden surface allows you to simply flip over the board to a completely smooth surface for cutting and chopping vegetables. This gives the benefits of two cutting boards in one! Built in juice grooves collect the liquids to help prevent messy spills. Hand washing only is recommended.

Beautiful!!!!!

When I opened this, I couldn’t believe it. The pictures do NOT do it justice. The wood is a bit darker with a beautiful dark-to-lighter grain and sleek finish. I couldn’t be happier. I was looking for a specific size, and this is perfect. This is an excellent value.

It's beautiful and so useful. If you don't like to carve meat on your other cutting boards then this is perfect. The drippings tray channel goes all the way around which is how you want it.

GREAT CUTTING BOARD A MUST FOR ANY KITCHEN

Love these wooden boards, love them so much I purchased two, one for in front of the microwave and another in front of the toaster oven, when you use glass containers for cooking you need something to put those items on so they don't explode from touching a cold counter, they work perfectly and it's safe to use just about any container, they are also excellent cutting boards, wash and clean up easily and they are not expensive, great buy!
