Super easy to assemble. The app with instructions is step by step and walks you through it. Very happy with the quality. Very sturdy, and lots of room for our 3 kids to jump plus some. 10/10 recommend.

Worth every penny

We love our new trampoline. It was easy for the 2 of us to assemble. The kids have enjoyed jumping for hours everyday! They are home learning right now and this new outdoor activity has really helped to get playing them outdoors and enjoying themselves.

This trampoline is wonderful. It’s heavy and seems extremely durable. The company is thoughtful and sent us a little gift for our purchase. They have also called to see if we had any questions on install. Very pleased with our purchase!

Great addition to your backyard!

Ordering was super simple! Arrived sooner than expected! Smooth set up! Note: I think it states you can place entry at any of the four black areas on the spring cover and we had trouble with that. It had to go on the longer side, which is fine just not where we wanted it originally..

Seems great! No complaints!

Grandkids live the trampoline.  With it being rectangle,  they have more room to do flips without worrying if they will hit someone else.
The directions aren't the best, but we were able to figure it out and get the trampoline assembled. Not on do the Grandkids love the trampoline,  but so do two of the dogs,  a Blue heeler/Australian Huskey mix and a Blue healer/Hound mix.
I would've guven a 5 star, except for the poor directions.

Love the size and weight limit!
Hole on one support leg was drilled on the wrong side, so had to drill my own.  Cord and  plastic clips attaching net to the mat are cheap and poorly designed.  Padding over springs is thin and doesn't last.  Mats don't last because of  inadequate stitching to keep the V rings attached for the springs. Two mats have failed for this reason.

Good from far, but far from good…

The trampoline is great, however, check the pad for tears.  We have several tiny tears and Sam's has not replied or got ahold of me to get a replacement sent.  Very disappointed.

One of the steel base poles arrived bent and I have been unable to complete the set up. I contacted customer service to replace the pole but after two weeks, have not received any follow up.

Poor Customer Service/Quality Control

Just finished setting up this trampoline. The setup process was very easy via the app and once set up it looks great! The issue is that the advertised 500lb weight limit is a total lie. I weigh 220lbs and bought this so my son and I could both get some jump time.  I literally bounced on this thing for 5 minutes by myself after setup and now there are like 10 loose springs. Im not sure if my springs or the mat is defective but I’m super disappointed in this product.
