TV Moving Boxes The uBoxes heavy-duty TV moving boxes are designed to pack TV sets of up to 70”. The TV mov-ing boxes are easily adjustable to pack different size flat-screen TVs. These 72” x 6” x 42” TV moving boxes are also ideal to move or store paintings and similar artworks. For ultimate protection, the corrugated TV moving boxes are constructed of heavy-duty double-wall corrugated cardboard. However, the correct packing of TV sets inside the TV moving boxes is crucial to the successful packing and moving of the content. Follow these simple steps when packing flat-screen TV sets: Preparing TV Sets for Packing Remove TV Stands – The flat-screen TV moving boxes are narrow by design and the TV sets with stands will not fit in these boxes. The main reason is to leave as little void space as possible to reduce the possibility of damages due to the shifting of the TV set inside the boxes. Secure TV Sets – While the TV moving boxes are very sturdy the correct packing still requires more protection. Wrap each TV set in moving blankets or bubble cushion wrap before inserting the TV inside the flat-screen TV moving boxes. The protective blankets or bubble rolls should also be secured with adequate layers of packing tape. Assembling TV Moving Boxes – The TV boxes consist of two separate sleeves that are inserted inside each other to form a single box. The TV boxes can be adjusted to the size of the TV sets when two sleeves are being put together. Secure each TV Box sleeve with packing tape at one end. When the sleeves are ready, insert the TV set in one of the sleeves followed by pushing the second sleeve inside the first one. Make sure the second sleeve is inside the first one leaving minimum void space.
