Excellent Addition!
I just got this Baking Dish and I am in love with this product. I made a wonderful lasanha in my new Navy covered baking dish. The size is perfect, it was large enough to handle the abundant recipe, but not to large that couldn’t fit inside my fridge. The finishing and ceramics are high quality and kept the food completely hot and equally cooked, also bakes very quick considering 350ºF in my oven. The navy color is beautiful and after half a hour in the oven, looks even better. The weight is a little heavy, but it is hard to find a baking dish, made by clay/ceramic so light and I don’t think that is a problem for me. The silver holder works very well and looks beautiful with the entire dish. I absolutely love it!
Nice but...
The dish is nice, heavy enough good quality except, the lid's fit on both sides have large air gaps that I didn't expect or want. The dish is nice so I'll keep it. But disappointed that I'll still have to use foil on the sides to get a good seal.
Disappointing Quality Despite Nice Appearance
I really wanted to like this Tramontina ceramic-covered bakeware because it looks great and the price is very appealing. Unfortunately, the quality just isn’t there. The lid does not seal properly, and one side of the dish is noticeably warped, which affects how it sits and functions. I’m giving it two stars solely because it’s attractive and affordable, but in this case, you truly get what you pay for. If you’re looking for dependable, well-fitting bakeware, this may not be the best option.
