Just bought this outdoor kitchen set and we already love it - it looks fantastic out by our pool area - pretty easy to set up and not to many pieces to put together - only wish it had a cover on the back of the grill to cover one of the LP tanks - the other tank for the griddle has a nice cover but it would be spectacular if you didn't see that it would be perfect!!!

We purchased this outdoor kitchen setup right after it was first listed, despite there being almost no information or reviews available. It checked all the boxes for what we wanted, so we decided to take a chance on it.

Overall, this is a great-looking, well-packaged outdoor kitchen at a solid price—but it comes with some tradeoffs, especially in grill performance and features.

The delivery and packaging were excellent. Everything arrived well-protected, and the drivers even wheeled the units into my backyard, which was appreciated. One box oddly had no bottom and was rolled in on its wheels, which caught me off guard, but nothing was damaged.

Installation itself was straightforward, but the instructions were a weak point. They felt poorly translated from another language, which didn’t inspire a lot of confidence during setup. Fortunately, the assembly was simple enough to figure out without relying too heavily on them.

Once everything was put together, the unit looks fantastic. It feels solid overall, and I didn’t notice any obvious defects or build issues. The refrigerator works well, the side burner puts out strong heat, and while I haven’t used the griddle yet, everything so far seems functional.

We used the main grill for the first time last night, and this is where expectations should be managed. After running all four burners on high for 15–20 minutes (propane, mild evening), the temperature held just under 525°F. That’s not bad, and it may be normal for this type of grill, but I was hoping for something closer to 600°F. If you’re looking for high-heat searing performance, this may fall a bit short.

The lighting is excellent—very bright inside the grill, and the blue LED knob lights look great at night. However, requiring two separate 120V outlets is a major design miss—especially when one is just for the lights. That should have been consolidated into a single power source or designed more efficiently.

The grill itself is fairly basic. You don’t get a rotisserie or a sear burner, both of which are available on other THOR models. The grates are thick and solid, which is a plus, but the grill body walls are relatively thin, so don’t expect much insulation or heat retention.

If you’re looking for a high-end, feature-packed grill with top-tier heat performance, this isn’t it. But if you want a sharp-looking, functional outdoor kitchen with a solid mix of features for the price, it delivers.

At the end of the day, you’re paying for a clean, complete setup—not premium grill performance—and as long as you go in with that expectation, it’s a purchase you’ll likely be happy with.

Overall, a good setup

I have had the 3pc Thor kitchen a few weeks now and I must say I am Pleased with it. Assembly was easy, it is well constructed and it has most everything I needed as well. I've used it a few times with the only real issue being, it is slightly under powered and appears to have a max temp of about 560 to 590 degrees. Not a deal breaker to most, but something to keep in mind. It is shipped with each unit assembled, in three large well packed boxes, on 2 pallets. It just needs to be put together. Packaging was great, shipping was hassle free and assembly was easy.  I would be giving it 5 stars if it had a little more power and a rotisserie. The larger 4 pc kitchen has both of those but I could not make it fit.

Well Built Quality Unit, Very Pleased!

I bought this on sale this past weekend at Home Depot and it’s really nice. Trying to pick on a project for building my outdoor kitchen and this was on display and luckily their only piece. There are some cosmetic wear from being in store but overall great. I have it in my garage at the moment and really like how it feels and maintains the temp. In extreme weather the portions closer to the doors do heat up really high not sure if that’s common. But the depth is great to add beverage cans easily. Comes with dividers to separate things in there and a basket which can come in handy. The quality is evident and the doors are heavy. Love the easy slide back feature and really happy with my purchase so far.

My new outdoor fridge

The 3-piece BBQ island had what we were looking for.  However, it was delivered damaged with the corner of the griddle badly dented. The  
 frame structure of the housing was flimsy.  The BBQ grill burners were poorly designed. They had no protection as they are exposed to oil and food drippings.  The returned process took about three weeks to get any response to schedule a pickup. We finally returned the very heavy items on our own.  It was one of the most frustrating experiences we have had in customer service.

my review partains to Sam's clubs customer service. cant get a supervisor. grill delivered damaged and i need replaced. customer service rep very uncooperative with getting me an English speaking manager on the phone to resolve the issues with the one out of 3 total pieces that is damaged.

im calling the company directly on Monday to tell them of sams clubs poor handling of their product.
