Thomas Plain Bagel Thins, Eight Count were much better than expected! No high fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners; 110 calories, NACL (sodium) 210 mg, fiber 4g, and Protein 4 grams per serving! The bagels taste good and can be used in many ways. Breakfast with butter or used for French toast. Lunch with Canadian Bacon, lettuce, tomato sandwich or any kind of sandwich! Again, for a snack, cream cheese and fruits!
