Great panini grill. We use it for everything, bread, veggies and patties. Easy to clean up and nonstick. Love the removable plates especially since I can't stand greasy pans. Must have for days when you want a quick lunch or snack without having to wash a ton of dishes.

Works very well. Nothing sticking so easy to clean. Heats up in a few min. I find I like the cook more than pan fry and baking. Just wish it came with a recipe book, or maybe temperature guide, but probably can find online anyways. So far with no help everything has been perfect anyways.

Super easy to use and cooks better than pan/ bakin

My son loves his Starfrit The Rock Panini Grill and sends me photos of what he's made on it - it was his parent's birthday gift to him! We like The Rock material very much and have it in other pans. Panini's are fun and making them on a proper grill with removable grill surfaces for ease of cleaning is also fun!

Wonderful product. I bought it a month ago and I happy with my choice. After reading a few positive reviews I decided to order. Now I enjoy preparing sandwiches every day. Easy to clean because of removable plates.

I bought this a month ago and I used it only once to be honest, but I already love love love it. It looks so elegant, it heats up really quickly and makes real good looking and yummy sandwiches

Great elegant panini maker

I bought this as we cannot have a BBQ where we live. It is a great compromise as i can take it with me to the oark nearby where there are electric outlets. Easy to clean too. I would recommend it to a good friend.

The rock really rocks

My food is never over cooked as the temperature control actually works dependably. Preheat is a must to do steaks properly for medium rare. Big time saver.

No stick is right!!  Easy to remove grill plates.

It is not as sturdy as I would have liked. The base is hollow and the entire construction feels rickety. It is difficult to get the top to raise all the way in order to grill both sides of an item; it tends to want to fall back on its hinges. The hinges for the top grill do not slide smoothly, and this may be part of the problem.
It does heat up and grill, however. So that part of it works as intended.

Difficult to get the top grill in place

The grill doesnt heat fast enough and quickly loses its heat once the food is placed on the grill. To be honest it wasnt able to create grill marks unless you leave the food there long enough. However this defeats its purpose because if it is just mildly warm, it forces all the veggies to extract water onto the wrap which causes even more delay in making grill marks and the wrap becomes soggy and the fillings become extremely dry because you are now slow cooking the panini. I would wish the grilll has higher wattage. Overall its easy to clean and easily stored.
