Initially disappointed with customer service
I ordered over 24 hours in advance! Website says 24 hours. Then was told wouldn’t be ready until after 3:00PM, the 90th birthday party was scheduled for 2:00PM I called the day before, still over 24 hours in advance and the young lady who answered said “try coming at 2:30PM it won’t be done before, we’re busy “ I decided to call 10:00AM day of knowing it was baked the night before, asked again if I could pick up at 1:00PM again explaining I had ordered well before 24 hours. Again same young lady said “won’t be done “ not even a we will try” or an I’m so sorry. I told her I would arrive at 2:00 PM to please have this ready as I had a 45 minute drive to get it to party, again explaining I had ordered well before the 24 time frame website started. When I arrived @ 1:50 PM my complete order was ready! I was delighted, still thought the young lady could have been more compassionate/ understanding. The cake and cupcakes were delicious! Many compliments on decorating! All in all turned out well. Did I mention I was ordering from Florida and picking up in Saginaw, Michigan? Probably why it made me so anxious 😬
