Cooking Instructions:

Microwave Oven: leave film on tray. Do not vent. Cook for 16 minutes on high. Uncover. Cook again for three minutes in high. Let stand 5 minutes. Enjoy!

Conventional Oven: preheat to 375°F. Cut film to vent. Place tray on a baking sheet, center rack. Cook 75 minutes. Remove baking sheet from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Enjoy!

Kids love it, but much smaller than the lasagna so feeds less. Maybe 3-4 people. Simple quick meal for busy night. I dont know a lot on the ingredients so I am guessing it has a lot of unnecessary stuff in it if you are looking to eat healthier. Would be cool to see other versions of this. Even possibly organic options.

This came in two separate boxes within the one box which is good for the smaller family. Unfortunately ours went directly into the freezer and has not been tried yet. I purchased because I normally enjoy Stouffers dinners for a quick meal when needed.
