Step2 Mondello Pool Lounger with White Shade

We purchased this item as a replacement for our Ledge Loungers that have become increasingly difficult to get in and out of since we purchased them three years ago. The Mondello lounger sits right above our 9" tanning ledge waterline so we do miss having some water on our bodies as we lounge, but having an easier time getting up and down from the chair is more important. The comfort of the chair is amazing and we find it very relaxing. The chair came in two large boxes and the assembly process was rather simple, but having two people makes the job much easier. The lounger requires a 50# bag of sand for weight and having a wide mouth funnel would have made the filling of the chair back and base simpler. We also received the accessory pack that included an adjustable pillow, cup holder, and an accessory holder that all easily attached to the chair. The shade is easily attached and detached as needed with the hand tightening screws on the back. In our area, the wind is frequent visitor and we leave the shad unattached when not in use. We also purchased the Mondello In-Pool Side Table to go along with our new lounger. It has a wide table area that allows room for snacks, drinks and other items as needed. Being weighted by pool water inside the table it does not float or move about the pool. We also love how it tucks conveniently inside of the lounger to save space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a step two Lounger for the tanning deck in our pool and i love that there is a shaded version of this. I'm fair skin so being able to lounge in the water while being shaded is excellent. It's really easy to assemble just make sure you have some sand on hand ( to keep it weighted and anchored ) . Perfect height for the water level and also nice to just move it next to the pool and relax as well . It is super sturdy as well , this is gonna last through some weather.
