Staub 10", 2.9-Quart Enameled Cast Iron Daily Pan With Glass Lid

This is a beautiful and versatile pan. I'm using it to cook everything - on the stove or in the oven, with or without the lid. It is pretty to look at and I leave it on the stovetop. It is simple to clean. I'm very happy I bought it.

I've been wanting a Staub Daily pan f o r e v e r and finally HAD to push the button when I saw it in French Bleu. Plus, Sam's Club is offering a matching Staub Specialty Cocotte in the very same color with beautiful Fleur-de-lis embossed on the lid. So I bought that too. I LOVE this pan. It has enough flat surface on the bottom that it heats very nicely and that heat rises up the sides making it easy to stir and toss while I cook. I saw another review saying their eggs stuck to their pan. I do make sure my pan is covered in olive oil before I start, and I always make sure the pan is hot before putting the eggs in it.
