DIY Kit

The ready-to-assemble DIY kit includes everything you need to install the shed yourself in as little as one weekend. The kit comes with pre-cut wood materials, a complete floor system, a complete roof system, fasteners, a handle, and detailed instructions. The siding is pre-primed, so all you need to do after assembly is paint it and caulk the joints to waterproof it. Please ensure your chosen spot for the shed is on high ground where water won't pool and leave room on all sides for painting. The build site should be free from trees, shrubs, and level within 6 inches.

Professional Installation

If you prefer professional installation, Handy Home Products will contact you a few days after purchase to schedule your installation. The price includes delivery, professional installation, and a 10-year limited material warranty. You will need to paint and caulk the shed to waterproof it within 30 days of the installation. The build site should be free from trees, shrubs, limbs, or other debris and level within 6 inches. Your installer will level up to 6 inches at no additional charge. Additional charges will apply if your site is out of level by more than 6 inches but less than 18 inches. You’ll also need to provide access to electricity within 150 feet of the unit.

Permits and Permissions

Before purchasing a shed, check with your local municipality and/or homeowners association to determine what permits and permissions are required. Please also check your local HOA, zoning laws, and site dimensions for shed use and installation requirements. Site prep and foundation are required but not included.
