This trash can is super pricey but I love it! It will be the last kitchen trash can I ever buy. It’s heavy duty, sleek, and I absolutely love the no lid concept! While I’m cooking my hands are always full so not having a lid is a major plus in my book. Also, it’s extremely easy to change the bag as a standard 13gal trash bag easily fits in it.

13 gallon bags fit perfectly in this one. The lid holds the bag in place and prevents bag slippage. The open top concept is very convenient for a busy kitchen.  Slim design saves space.. Pricy but worth it.

Love it

This can fits perfectly in my garage replacing my old plastic trash can. It arrived quickly and less expensive on this site vs other site I had seen it on. It keeps the trash bags secure in place so I can fill them to the top. I would recommend this product to a friend.

Just what I needed

I have enjoyed many products from your company! There must be more OCD's up there. I could not complain about anything!

Trash Can

I have an odd kitchen that really has no space for a trash can to go except for right by a high-traffic area of the kitchen. I wanted something that if bumped would not topple over, looked good, and had an open top (I can't stand how dirty trash cover lids get). I found this after some searching, and I'm so glad I purchased it. It looks so nice that it's barely noticeable in the kitchen. And there's little to no resistance when taking a trash bag out. I've even gotten compliments on it from guests. I never expected to get compliments on my choice of trash can, but here we are.

Honestly did not expect to like a trash can this much

My 91 year old dad was tired of having to bend over and open a lid to a trash can. This can is the perfect addition to his apartment. The slim size along with its perfect under the counter height allow him ease of use when throwing things out. I appreciate the perfectly fit bags, as well. It was nice not to have to run to the store to find the bags that fit. Thanks, simplehuman, for another household product that is classy and well-thought out in its design!

Perfect SIze

This trash can is perfect for our kitchen. We needed a slim (but still decently size) trash can since our kitchen has a lot of weird angles and little room for a trash can. We love the open top and not having to deal with stepping on a pedal or motion sensors to have to open the lid (especially since I cook a lot and am always throwing things away).

Love it!

Unlike most products, this one isn’t a home run. They applied a sticker at the top of the can, under the rim of the removable lid. That sticker was a huge pain to remove. Now, I’ve got a sticky residue that remains. The residue really makes changing bags a difficult chore.

Issues with Sticker Residue

Unfortunately the color as seen online is not really the color you actually get. Everything else is wonderful, however we haven't used it because the color doesn't match our decor in the spa. The color is copper NOT in anyway Rose Gold. So Buyer Beware!!!!
