I am pleasantly surprised at how clean my floors get. I had one in the early days of robot vacuums and they have greatly upped the game. The battery lasts a  long time allowing it to vacuum almost my entire house. Now if Roomba could just come up with a robot duster!

Great price on a great vacuum

I bought a roomba many years ago and loved it. This one I hate. Wanted the mop attachment. My battery doesn't last like the claim. Sits in charger and then when I go to use it tells me I need to charge it. When it works it picks up a lot of dirt but I do t know if it is a problem with battery or charger.

This Roomba worked great for a couple of months and then would not return to docking station and when put in docking station would not charge.

Quit charging

it doesnt do anything. simply comnects to wifi and sits there

Don't waste your money!!! This has subpar to no AI technology. I thought it would learn the house and form a path routine, nope. It just keep bumping into stuff. Barely picks up debris on the ground, maybe 20%. Pure waste of time because you have to sweep after. Mop feature is a joke, just spreads water. Every day it gets stuck somewhere.

Lacks AI. 20% effective, save your money!

If this was the first robo vacuum I ever had, it would also be the last. This was the worst one I've ever owned. There's no mapping feature and it doesn't even slow down when coming up to furniture or corners. I've never seen one get stuck this frequently, get lost this frequently, or not even be able to dock it's own self the way this one does. It is an absolutely horrible product and the team that designed it and brought it to market should be ashamed of themselves.

Worst Robo Vacuum I've ever Owned

I've tried running the unit several times since it was delivered a week ago and it has yet to finish a job without getting stuck or trapped. It seems to be able to find ways to get between the legs of furniture but can't get out. If you are buying this to manually clean your house less or make cleaning less time consuming then don't waste your time. If you want a toy for the kids to play with for part of a day until they get bored with it then this is the unit for you.

My house is clean already so I don't care so much about it's poor suction and useless mop feature. I brought a small leaf fragment in from outside and placed in the foyer and after several cleaning attempts the leaf still remained. It did move but it didn't get sucked up.

It's not all bad, cleaning the dust bid and filter is very easy.

Neither a good vacuum nor good robot

I’ve owned a Roomba vacuum (only) for over 5 years and it was great until I broke it. I purchased two different Roborock’s vacuum/mop, high end and lower end, but neither compared to my Roomba. The vacuum on the Roomba was powerful to clean plush carpets, and both Roborock’s left debris behind every vacuum cycle plus the mopping was not great. Frustrated, I went back to Roomba and found a great deal on this Roomba. I wasn’t looking for mopping since even high end robot vacuum/mop were not up to my liking. I just needed a good vacuum. 
This Roomba does vacuum well; however, it can’t find home base. It also goes in circles for long periods at a time, or it vacuums in the same space for long periods were I have to intervene. This Roomba Combo Essential is disappointing. More than likely it be returned too. 
Will update if I keep it.

Real Review! Not free product review

I bought this over a year ago and then it just quit charging. I can't even use it and never used the mop feature. I have another roomba but its an older model and it still works, charges, and cleans better than any robotic vacuum I own. I tried to like it but nothing. I doubt I can even return it.
