With its subdued gray tones and dark gray wood marks, this vinyl is strikingly beautiful. This item comes with an attached foam backer and requires no additional underlayment, making it an ideal DIY product. This flooring is waterproof and does not require much maintenance, which is why it is perfect for any room in the house including kitchens, bathrooms and basements. This flooring is suitable for residential or light commercial traffic and is covered by a limited 30-year residential and 10-year light commercial warranty. It is also Greenguard Gold certified for low VOC emissions and healthier indoor air quality.</p> <h3>What is vinyl flooring?</h3> <p>Vinyl flooring is a synthetic material that comes in tile, sheet and plank forms. Its bottom layer is typically calcium carbonate which is then covered with PVC along with a plasticizer. The material is then printed, embossed and coated with a wear layer. Vinyl flooring is economical, water-resistant and versatile. Beautiful Flooring!

They have a slight texture, but still easy to clean. The product is very attractive, and looks like it should be very durable. I highly recommend!

Smokey Harbor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love this flooring in the Smokey harbor. It’s super resistant from liquid seeping in. It’s got got a nice grainy look that appears close to hard wood. It’s smooth and the Smokey harbor color is a nice color grey that really brightened up our room. It’s thick so it will provide a nice solid floor. I highly recommend this flooring!

Great flooring. Went down easy and looks great! It’s always nice to know I can get good quality items when shopping at Sam’s. Shipping was a little slow, but not terrible.

Beautiful Flooring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pick up a sample of Harbor Smokey grey floor covering to see if I would like it, I really like the color it would go well in my front foyer it matches well with the call color and decor, how ever I'm not to sure it will work for me as the design in it sit a bit high and I feel it will hard to keep clean. I think I need a more smoother surface.

Nice color but material is very cheap and top layer rips easily.

Does the job

The flooring was chipped, bent, and cracked when we took it out of the box. Getting a refund has been like pulling teeth and we STILL haven't received any replacement flooring or a refund of any kind. They've been giving us the run around. Buy somewhere else.

Don't buy from Sam's

DO NOT BUY.
We just finished install the whole house floor, moving in and scratch already.The wear layer is not durable at all.
