How will my new mattress topper arrive?
Our toppers will arrive compressed in plastic and rolled up in a box. Upon arrival, simply unbox and unroll your topper on top of your mattress. It will expand from its compressed form over the next several hours into its full shape.

How long will it take my mattress topper to uncompress?
The Topper should expand and take its full shape after 1-3 hours of opening, however, it could take up to 48 hours in some cases (like extreme temperatures).

My new memory foam topper has a slight odor, is that normal?
Like a new car, you may notice a fresh foam scent after opening. This is normal and will dissipate. Just let your topper “air out” by removing any packaging and placing it in a well-ventilated area for 24 to 72 hours.

How do I care for my mattress topper?
The mattress topper covers (if included) are machine washable cold with mild soap. Tumble dry low heat. Do not iron or dry clean. The foam is spot clean only with cold water and mild soap, do not put foam in the washer or dryer.

Does my topper have a warranty?
Sleep worry-free! When purchased from Sam’s Club, this product carries a 5-year limited warranty and will be replaced if it proves to be defective or fails to withstand normal wear during the warranty period.
