Frequently Asked Questions
What bases are compatible with this mattress? Does it need a foundation?
Our mattresses is safe to use on a platform bed, foundation or adjustable base. We recommend if placing it on a slatted surface, ensure that the slats are no more than 3” apart so the mattress does not sag.
Can I flip my mattress?
Our mattresses are not designed to be flipped and should not be flipped. You may choose to rotate your mattress if you’d like, though it is not necessary.
How long is the mattress and foundation warranty?
10-year limited warranty.
Should I use a mattress protector with my mattress?
We do recommend using a mattress protector to protect against spills.

Urethane foam will burn if exposed to an open flame or other sufficient heat source. Do not expose urethane foam to open flames or any other direct or indirect high temperature ignition sources such as burning operations, burning cigarettes, space heaters or naked lights. Once ignited, urethane foam will burn rapidly; releasing great heat and consuming oxygen at a high rate. In an enclosed space the resulting deficiency of oxygen will present a danger of suffocation to the occupants. Hazardous gases released by the burning foam can be incapacitating or fatal to human beings if inhaled in sufficient quantities. Once ignited, urethane foam is difficult to extinguish. Foam fires that appear to be extinguished may smolder and reignite. Always have fire officials determine whether a fire has been fully extinguished.

And now we own 3…
We purchased for guest room and quickly replaced every mattress in our house. We even spent 2k on a king mattress last year, and after laying on this one, we had to get rid of it. Everyone that visits cannot believe how well they sleep on it. It was the only mattress I could use pregnant. We have 2 queens and a king, and if we need another bed, will purchase this one again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Influenster and Sealy in exchange for my honest feedback. The Sealy Dreamlife 12 Foam Mattress-in-a-Box has been my dream mattress! I was instantly impressed with how well they shipped the mattress. The box was so lightweight I was able to carry it up my stairs to the bedroom. As soon as I opened the box and cut open the plastic I just stood in amazement on how fast the mattress inflated. I left it laying flat out on my living room carpet for 24 hours so it could fully inflate. The next day I placed this on my bedrack layed down and I was in heaven. With its Advanced SealyComfort gel memory foam that adapts and responds to every part of your body to provide pressure relief and a personalized sleep experience while SealySupport transition foam enhances the overall comfort of the mattress and adds long-lasting durability. After just one night my chronic back pain has went from unbearable to mild. It has taken off so much pressure off my body and painful areas. The mattress is 12 inches height and 30 inches wide which provides plenty of space and comfort. This mattress has helped me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. It is firm has a high bounce and keeps me cool all night and helps me wake up refreshed and rejuvenated! Myself and my husband have had the best sleep of our lives the past week with the Sealy mattress. I can see this lasting us many years as long as we rotate it monthly. I’ve never been a nap person but this past weekend having this bed. I’ve made myself take an hour nap a day just to relief some pain and pressure off my body and back. I have no regrets. This sealy mattress is life changing and will last me and my husband years to come! We are both extremely happy with this mattress.
