Excellent TV, good picture, Great setup, Great software.  Really like the ability to spread the base wide or narrow.  This TV isn't as heavy as some of the competing brands.  The picture is better than my LG that I bought for another area of the house.  Same size, same everything and the Samsung puts the LG to shame.  Much easier setup with my AV equipment as well as better control with the remote.

The 85 in Samsung is massive in size but fits on top of our existing TV console. Clarity is awesome. It weighs 70 lbs so between me and my husband we were able to safely placed it on top of the TV console. Hanging it on the wall would require more muscles.

We would definitely recommend an instruction manual to be given with the tv. Reviewing everything online is unsatisfactory. We are still learning how to operate. The small remote is too small and difficult to interpret the buttons. The remote should be bigger and more user friendly.

Heavy learning curve for a non techie. 
Sound is fairly poor. Added a Samsung sound bar for a vast improvement. Picture is great. Art rentals are way too expensive.

The picture quality is excellent, and I have had good experiences with other Samsung products. Curbside assistants at Sam's Club loaded this carefully boxed 85 inch TV into the bed of our pickup. With the help of three people we were able to unload it and physically unpack and set it up. (A tube video of how to unpack the TV really helped). However, setting it up to interface with our sound system, DVD player and computer airplay was very challenging. The TV remote control is completely unlike the one that came with a 32 inch Samsung TV that we purchased a year ago. Two weeks after our purchase we are still climbing a steep learning curve of using a TV that is smarter than we are. It is especially frustrating because we are longtime Spectrum customers, and the Spectrum app is not on the TV doc.  I miss the old days when I could turn on the TV and immediately watch a program without having to waste time selecting buttons and navigating arrows and validating subscriptions. That is why I downgraded this TV by one star. (If I were more tech savvy, this product would have given it 5 stars).

This unit has the best picture quality of any tv I have ever owned. 

The only downside is that I didn't listen the the guy selling the tv and get the one version higher than what I have so now on super fast paced movies I notice tearing in the image because of the refresh rates. 

Next TV I buy will have me paying attention to the little details like that. If that's not something you notice then buy this unit for sure.

Great TV, good purchase.

A decent TV, but Not as stunning a picture as I had hoped. Tizen OS lacks varietal access to apps. Somewhat disappointing for a Samsung product considering my preference for Samsung these past 20 years. Will make me think more purposefully about Samsung products in the future.

75" 2021 Q60A QLED 4K Smart TV

Not very happy with the picture quality. Sometimes I feel my previous 4k is better than it.

Picture quality

Feels like its going to die half the time I turn it on.  Blue screen, then no picture,  or black screen then a little hint of a signal.   Usually a couple power offs and on and were good again.  Im worried this will just die completely the day after the warranty is done.

Bought the TV in July of 2021. It is now March of 2023 and the HDMI ports do not work and was told by Samsung there is nothing they can do as the warranty is up. Now we can't connect cable or gaming consoles to the tv. Was very happy with the TV up until now.
