I haven't used this feature yet, but it seems to promise good results. The drying process is effective and has the necessary cycles for all types of garments. With its smart wifi connectivity features, you can even monitor how much time is left from your phone and download more cycles. It has internal led light if you need it. The capacity is quite large without being excessive, and it barely makes any noise. If you don't like wrinkles, it has a mode to protect your clothes; it keeps spinning after it's finished until you take it out the clothes.

Very good performance

STOP! DO NOT BUY IT. I purchased the Samsung 7.5-cu ft Reversible Side Swing Door Stackable Steam Cycle Smart Gas Dryer (White) with high hopes, especially considering its smart features. The convenience of accessing settings via the SmartThings app through Wi-Fi is a definite plus. However, my overall experience with this dryer has been disappointing.

The major issue that overshadows any positive aspect is the extremely loud scraping noise emanating from inside the dryer. Initially, I thought it was a one-off defect, so I returned it and had a replacement installed. To my dismay, the second unit exhibited the exact same problem. This consistent flaw indicates a serious design or manufacturing issue, making me question the overall quality of the product.

Given the unpleasant and extremely LOUD scraping noise and the inconvenience it causes, I cannot recommend this dryer to anyone. It's disheartening to realize that I am now stuck with this defective product for the next 10 years or until it inevitably breaks down. The frustration and disappointment associated with this purchase make it clear that this Samsung dryer is not worth the investment. Save yourself the trouble and explore other brands for a more reliable and noise-free drying experience.
