[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 55 inch Frame is exactly what we wanted in the space. The picture quality is awesome. We’ve had multiple people in the room that have been impressed with the picture quality when displaying artwork. It took a playoff football game to experience the adaptive volume which made for some fun experimentation. Works well with our Alexa. We did need to purchase a different mounting bracket to install across the tv box in our fireplace. I appreciate the variety of artwork that can be used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whether it’s the fantastic picture you have come to depend on or the various art that’s available through their Frame feature Samsung continues to manufacture the best televisions at a reasonable price point in the market. The only thing to note is that the transition from the “art” option to watching TV appears slow, otherwise along with the AI features, which I’m still learning) this a must have in your home.

Exceptional Picture & Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've wanted a Frame for years but always been waiting for one to go on sale, and it finally did. This almost never happens. I would have preferred the 65" but the 55" is just fine!

Picture quality is great. The aesthetic is awesome and looks great on the wall as advertised. A really cool feature is you can change the actual frame part out (busting out the white for summer soon).

I HIGHLY recommend getting well a recommendation on a good TV installation service of you want the full look, seemless and all.

There are a few knocks. Big one being the art feature leaves a bit to be desired, needing internet and really wanting you to pay for a service for the best options. Also not the best for over the air TV. It doesn't have a built in antenna and this is understandable it's not built for watching sports.

Lives Up to Expections (not the best for Sports)

The picture quality is excellent, with vibrant colors and a crisp, clear image whether we're watching movies, sports, or regular TV. One of our favorite features is the Art Mode, which allows the TV to blend into our living space and look more like framed artwork than a traditional television. The design is sleek and modern, and it has been a great addition to our home.

Each time I purchase a newer SAMSUNG TV it comes with more and better features, as this one has. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate ALL of the above mentioned upgrades. I am a very satisfied owner of yet another SAMSUNG TV. I had to cut cable 2 years ago, the price just kept going up faster than my Social Security COLA raises. This new SAMUNG offers me the ability to view programs via my wi-fi connection, making up for the loss of CABLTV. The contrast and brightness has improved greatly, I almost can't believe I'm not outside experiencing life in real-time. That goes for the resolution, aesthetics and interface also. Thank you SAMSUNG, you have made an old man very happy, indeed.

The picture quality is excellent, and the Art Mode helps it blend into the room much better than a traditional television. It's a great option if you want a TV that looks more like décor when not in use. Setup was straightforward, and the overall design is clean and modern.

Great product the frame is bright but has a nice fullness to it in painting mode and using it as a TV the picture is amazing the remote works well and everything looks really nice and colorful the frame itself looks very pretty and nice on the wall almost cant tell it's a screen at all!

Amazing would recomend

My only complaints are the preloaded apps/Samsung Live options and how difficult it has been to remove them. I’ve had this TV five months now and still can’t figure it out.

Awesome TV, but I don’t want Fox News

The art works well on the TV.  Most of the Frames I want are out of stock so I am not getting the aesthetic I wanted.  Contrast and clarity are lacking. I seem to get a haze or fog ?  The picture on my old TCL was actually better. Disappointed.  I get this weird motion on the picture? It is like everything was filmed as a sitcom, hard to describe.

Beautiful TV and concept BUT why have a wire that comes out of a TV that’s whole design is to look like a picture. So disappointing to turn around and shop it right back. The power should come from the back like every other TV to be able to be plugged in if desired in a wall outlet behind the TV not down below.

Beware the frame has a visible wire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Samsung TV because the picture quality is excellent, but the software experience has been incredibly frustrating.

My biggest complaint is the home screen. On my Apple TV, the home screen is exactly what I want it to be: a simple grid of my apps. If I want recommendations, featured content, or advertisements, I can open the Apple TV app and see all of that there. It's separated from the basic navigation experience.

Samsung does the opposite. The home screen is filled with recommendations, promoted content, and other clutter that I never asked for. Instead of feeling like a dashboard for my TV, it feels like an advertising platform that I have to navigate through every time I turn it on.

What's even more frustrating is the lack of customization. I can't simply strip the home screen down to my apps and the services I actually use. The TV constantly pushes content at me whether I want it or not.

The hardware is great and the picture quality is impressive, but the user interface significantly detracts from the overall experience. If Samsung gave users the option to have a clean, app-focused home screen like Apple TV, I would rate this TV much higher.
