The home delivery service includes basic installation to set up your new appliance, as well as haul-away of your old appliance. Parts and accessories required for basic installation are included. Member will receive a call, email, and/or text from a service representative to confirm appliance installation requirements and limitations. Before placing an order, please confirm that the contact information in Your Account is correct (address, email, phone) to ensure a smoother delivery process. Member must be at home during the scheduled delivery time frame.

1. Delivery: Delivery and Basic Installation are available in limited locations (not all zip codes covered) and only in the continental United States. Delivery is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories or for APO or FPO addresses. Additional service fees for rescheduled delivery will apply if delivery is attempted and Member is not home or does not answer.

2. Basic Installation: The delivery and installation teams are NOT authorized to perform any modifications to your home, such as carpentry, plumbing, gas or electrical work. Basic Installation may be unavailable in some locations depending on local, state, or industry codes and standards. During your home delivery appointment, the delivery and/or installation team(s) will be able to determine if any additional work and/or permits are required that exceed the Basic Installation, customer will need to hire 3rd party installer to complete installation. Basic Installation covers standard installations as per the provided guidelines of covers standard connection to existing, up-to-code utilities (like plugging in an electric range or connecting a refrigerator’s water line). It also includes the haul-away of your old appliance. Complex installations, which may require additional time, materials, or specialized equipment, or home modifications are not included in the Basic Installation. Customers are responsible for hiring a third-party installer to complete such installations. 2 step installation - A second appointment may be required with a license installer in some municipalities that require licensed installers in order to complete installation of Dishwashers, Gas Range, Gas Dryers, and Over the Range Microwaves.

3. Haul-away: The delivery service includes haul away of your old appliance, provided it has been uninstalled prior to delivery. Complex deliveries, including dishwashers, gas ranges, gas dryers, and over the range microwaves, may require separate delivery and installation appointments. The delivery team will not uninstall or remove existing appliances. Haul away will be provided by a licensed installation contractor during the second appointment, not the delivery provider.

For your safety, the delivery team CANNOT:

  • Remove their shoes. They will act with care to protect the home and merchandise
  • Alter property to complete a delivery except for simple door removal
  • Modify existing cabinets or HVAC equipment, including alterations such as cutting into existing cabinets, walls, counter tops, etc.
  • Relocate or reconnect used appliances to home utilities.
  • Convert gas or propane lines
  • Lift or hoist appliances over objects or through windows to complete a delivery.
  • Work with or touch exposed wires, rusted or corroded shut-off valves and copper valves
  • Update home to local code. If the connection points are not up to date to local code, the customer will need to hire a licensed plumber or electrician to bring the home up to code.
  • Uninstall or relocate built- in appliances. Will haul away only if uninstalled before delivery and if a haul-away service was purchased with delivery. NOTE: Built-in refrigerators cannot be hauled away.

Perfect for a Second Laundry Space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This compact washer has been a really nice setup for me. I bought it for an upstairs laundry closet area where a normal size stacked washer and dryer just would not fit in my home. We are running the water lines next week and I honestly cant wait to get it installed up there, but for now the photos show it in my basement so I could try it out because I couldn’t wait. It’s compact, so I wouldn’t expect it to replace a full-size washer for giant loads, but that’s not really the point. For towels, clothes, smaller bedding, and regular day-to-day laundry, it seems like a really nice option. I like that it still has a lot of useful features like the AI Smart Dial, steam settings, and a quick cycle that works great when you just want to wash a smaller load without waiting forever. It also looks really sleek, and the size is a big part of why I chose it. It will fit perfectly in a smaller closet area where having laundry upstairs is actually possible, which makes it feel like such a practical upgrade for everyday use. It feels like a very smart solution for smaller in-between loads and added convenience. Another nice feature is that it’s WiFi connected. I wouldn’t say that’s something I really need, but it has actually been super nice to have. Getting it connected was a little finicky and took a couple tries, and that would be my only tiny nitpick because otherwise this machine is 5 stars all the way. Once it was connected, everything worked great. If you’re like me and throw in a load of laundry and then completely forget about it for a day or two, the phone notifications are a lifesaver and can save you from having to wash the same load all over again like I usually do Overall, I think this is a great option for someone who wants the convenience of a washer in a smaller space or on an upper floor. For me, it’s already been a big quality of life upgrade, and once it’s fully installed upstairs I know it’s going to make staying on top of laundry so much easier. PS: I like giving my smart appliances ridiculous names, so this new washing wizard duo is Cynthia Spinerivo & Dry-ana Grande.

Quick washes with steam!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung washer for 2 weeks and it's been really good. The washer has a smaller footprint as is as deep as my countertops. The washer has many options, and my favorit is the steam clean. It uses steam to loosen caked on grime, especially for my kids' clothes after they run around at school. I really like using the SmartThings app which lets me send washing settings from my phone. It also pushes notifications to my phone once the washing cycle is complete. Overall, I highly recommend this washer!

Wash and Dry with Ease!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung 2.5 cu. ft. Compact Washer with AI Smart Dial and Super Speed Wash is super easy to set up and run. I love that it is easy to adjust load, water temp, and dirt level. Clothes have been coming out super clean and super spun to help with shortening drying time. I am liking the more space I have in the laundry room with these smaller units. I would not recommend for a family that has large loads or heavy items that need washing. I’d repeat saying these are perfect for a household that does not have to wash large bulky items. Perfect for an apartment, dorm or those aging in place and wanting to remove the need to go up and down stairs and moving to main floor.
