I really like these gummies. I take them before bed, and they help me get back to sleep faster when I wake up int he middle of the night. I definitely notice a difference on the few occasions when I haven't taken them because I've run out. I've tried other magnesium supplements, but they haven't helped as well with my sleep as these.
